Tahir Bahoo, born on 26th of September, 1997, a prominent young motivational speaker and staunch supporter of Allama Muhammad Iqbal ideology of Muslim Nationhood was born in “the city of Wrestlers”, Gujranwala. He belonged to a middle class and virtuous family. His father started his career as a worker and later on became a Businessman by profession. Besides the financial crisis, his parents gave him good training to cope with any hardship with compassion and bravery. They advised him, never to compromise the dignity of Mother Land, Pakistan. He got his Islamic education from his family and also from “Maddrisah Hazrat Sultan Bahoo R.A”. 

He had completed his matriculation from the famous Government Comprehensive Model School, Gujranwala. In 2015, he had done with F.SC, (Pre-Engineering) from Government Post Graduate College, Gujranwala. Then, he decided to get admission in   BS-IT at the University of Sargodha. After completing BS-IT, he got enrolled as MPA. He is the new wave of change and is encouraging students to walk the extra mile to transform their dreams into reality. Tahir Bahoo sees himself as a leader of Youth in the future. He laid the foundation of “Fikr-e-Iqbal Society” in Feb.2014 whose motto is, “Follow Iqbal’s Ideology to cope up with Challenges of Muslim Ummah”.

He arranged hundreds of events including round table discussions, conferences, seminars, and awareness walk on the subject’s capacity building and youth development from this forum. He suggested many reforms in the educational system, traffic system, police system, and youth affairs. During this period he has great working experience with bureaucracy, politicians, businessmen, entrepreneurs, scholars, celebrities, and public representatives. From his platform, he started his career and delivered hundreds of motivational and informative lectures in numerous governmental and non-governmental organizations and societies of Pakistan including “Punjab Police Lines, Chamber of Commerce, many Universities, NGOs, Public Platforms and Health Centers. 

Mr. Bahoo got a number of awards in academics as well in social works. He got fame in early age due to his hard work and love with Pakistan. Inspired by Allama Muhammad Iqbal, Mr. Bahoo in his speeches mostly quotes Iqbal’s sayings and recites his poetry.  Mr. Bahoo mostly calls on youth, to know Iqbal and also to know about what he has proposed for the youth of Pakistan to do. 

  In 2019, he took an inordinate step as “Motivational Speaker” and devoted himself to construct awareness among the nation with the teachings of their ancestral conquerors with the determination of a strong nation with the realm of Muslim Ummah in the world. During his speech on 14 March 2020 at Murray College, Sialkot 

“Mr. Tahir Bahoo shed light on a few prominent steps “Sir Allama Muhammad Iqbal” had taken for the creation of an independent state for Muslims in the subcontinent. He also emphasized the education of youth and overcoming the social problems with the power of knowledge.

       

His remarkable speeches on Iqbal’s ideology will keep on inspiring people and youth. There are many people who want to write about him. This young youth motivator really deserves respect and salute for what he is doing for the preservation of thoughts of Iqbal. The thought of Iqbal has proved true today as we see that Muslims are living peacefully in the land of Iqbal, Pakistan while Muslims of  India are suffering a lot. The hatred in the hearts of Hindus for Muslims is still present. 

Our pride Mr. Bahoo is too ambitious and looking forward to establishing libraries and research centers for Youth where youngsters will analyze international and national affairs and where they can introduce a variety of strategies and reforms for the betterment of local and national institutions.

I will not feel any difficulty in calling Mr. Tahir Bahoo, “Aj ka Iqbal” because of the way he is promoting the ideology of the “Kal ka Iqbal”, who is living in our hearts is applauded. We are highly appreciating Mr. Bahoo’s efforts of preaching the ideology of a great scholar, a man of high wisdom and intellect, Allama Muhammad Iqbal who has reminded us of our transcended legacy and reminded us of grandiose past.
